STI-12 provides an online ordering testing service through our websites, including home sample collection and laboratory testing. The service is not intended for disease diagnosis or treatment, but rather for health monitoring and personal wellness purposes.
Users confirm acceptance by selecting "View and accept terms and conditions" when accessing the application or service.
2. Registration and Membership
2.1 Registration of STI-12 Integrated Membership
Users complete registration by:
- Filling out the membership registration form on the website/mobile application
- Ensuring provided information is accurate and complete
- Selecting "Agree" to all Terms of Use and Privacy Policy content
- Completing the registration process per STI-12 requirements
- Receiving approval confirmation via SMS or email
2.2 Membership Status Regulations
Members access integrated services via Single Sign-On (SSO) across platforms including sti12.kz and the STI-12 mobile application.
STI-12 communicates with members via email, SMS, or push notifications. In cases where personal notification is not possible, STI-12 may post public announcements on the homepage.
STI-12 may suspend, restrict, or terminate membership without prior notice for:
- Providing false or fraudulent information
- Being under minimum age or lacking parental/guardian consent
- Engaging in illegal, unethical, or socially disruptive behavior
- Causing damage to STI-12's reputation, brand, or operations
- Any conduct deemed inappropriate by STI-12
Members may voluntarily terminate membership anytime. Upon termination, all account data, reward points, vouchers, or promotional codes will be immediately deleted and cannot be restored.
2.3 Information Security
Members cannot share or transfer accounts, passwords, or service access rights. STI-12 is not responsible for any damages arising from the disclosure or sharing of account information due to User negligence.
STI-12 complies with Kazakhstan personal data protection laws per its published Privacy Policy.
3. Service Usage Procedure
Step 1: Consultation for Selecting a Test Package - Customers log into STI-12 website, select service packages, and complete ordering. This consultation service is completely free of charge.
Step 2: Sample Collection - STI-12 staff collects samples at customer-designated locations and transports to laboratory.
Step 3: Testing and Results Delivery - After sample receipt, STI-12 conducts laboratory testing. Results deliver via web account, SMS, email, or hard copy as requested.
Step 4: Consultation - After results availability, STI-12 may assign specialists to provide basic consultation related to the test results.
Note: Such consultation based on test results is for guidance and reference purposes only and cannot replace a doctor's advice or medical prescription.
4. Limitations of Test Results
STI-12's service does not replace medical consultation from professional doctors. Results are for the purposes stated in these Terms of Use only. Customers should consult a doctor if they have any health concerns.
STI-12 is not responsible for any decisions Customers make based on information from the service.
5. User Data Protection Commitment
STI-12 safeguards personal information per applicable laws and its Privacy Policy. Customers have rights to be informed, access, withdraw, delete, restrict processing of, and request provision of personal data. We collect and process personal data only with the user's explicit and specific consent.
6. Disclaimer
STI-12 provides accurate testing services but shall not be held responsible for any medical decisions made by customers based on test results. Results do not replace official medical diagnosis or treatment, and may be affected by various factors.
STI-12 is not liable for any losses, inaccuracies, or consequences arising from improper use of the test kit, self-interpretation of results, or any treatment decisions made without consultation from a qualified physician.
